Running startup tasks for a role based on a configuration file, with logging and files from blobstorage.

Instead of running individual startup tasks defined in the service definition file, this tool makes it possible to run one or more tasks definied in a configuration file. It is even possible to use the plugin and store the configuration in blobstorage.
